The North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame Center of Western Heritage & Cultures is a 15,000 square foot interpretive center located in Medora, ND. It is open from mid-May through mid-September and features permanent and traveling western culture exhibits, a Hall of Honorees, theater, gift shop, archives and multi-purpose event space.
BulletChateau de Mores Historic Site
The Marquis de Mores, a French aristocrat, built a meat packing plant just outside of the cowtown of Medora in 1883. He also built a 26 room chateau to house himself and his family. The original chateau has been well preserved and is now a state historic site.
